We use a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By signing up for our SMS marketing and notification service, you agree to these terms and conditions. By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and SMS marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform. This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications. When sending SMS messages, your phone number will be passed to an SMS carrier for delivery.

If you wish to opt out of receiving SMS marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message we send you or use the unsubscribe link we provide in one of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative opt-out methods, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for a different reason. This is only for our limited purposes.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, then Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is retained only as long as is necessary to complete your order. After that, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
